  • Source and usage guidance as agreed. 30 days of fixes within the delivered scope, excluding new features.

  • Copywriting, photography, stock images, domain and hosting.
  • These packages do not include a dashboard for editing your own content. Content management, accounts, payments and API integrations require separate estimates.
04Timing and revisionsAbout 3–14 days · 2 revision rounds
  • Allow approximately 3–14 days depending on scope, starting once the deposit, complete content and scope confirmation are received. Waiting for client materials or feedback may shift delivery.
  • Every website package includes 2 revision rounds. Submit one consolidated list per round, covering text, images, colours and layout within the original scope.
  • Additional pages, functions or scope changes are estimated before work proceeds. Page counts are a guide; long pages may cost more. Landing covers one page, excluding web apps.
05Payment and cancellation50% deposit · Review before final payment
  • Pay a 50% deposit before work starts and the remaining 50% after reviewing and accepting the preview. Source handover and launch follow payment, as agreed.
  • If cancelled, charges reflect work actually completed. An itemised account of work and costs is provided before the refund amount is finalised.
06Domain and aftercareYour domain · 30-day bug fixes
  • The domain is registered in the client’s name and account. Registration and renewal fees are separate from website development; hosting is optional.
  • Bug fixes are included for 30 days after handover for defects in the delivered work, excluding new features or redesigns. Later maintenance is quoted by scope, or optional care can be arranged.
